We only accept items for return or exchange that is made within 3 days from the date of receiving your items, which is subject to confirmation with us either by email or telephone.
- We only accept items for return or exchange that are in their original/resale condition.
- Any items returned used will NOT be eligible for refund.
- Discounted / special priced items are final sales and will not be eligible for Exchanges.
- Shipping cost is not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customers.
- Re-shipping charges for exchanged item(s) will be applied. Customer will bear the shipping cost of the new item and difference in price between the returned and new item.
- We will NOT take responsibility for loss or damage to items sent back to us, so, please ensure that your item is properly packaged and insured, if necessary. In the event that the exchange item is out of stock, we will provide a refund in the form of store credit.
